This class is designed to enhance your child’s motor, listening, and social skills through preliminary gymnastics oriented activities (an adult is expected to actively participate with their child). This class is offered to children ages 18 months up to 3 years. It will give the parents the opportunity to bond, interact and play with their child in a fun and exciting environment. This class is set up to have half open play and half instructional structure. It lets the child run, jump, swing, and play. Each activity station provides learning opportunities for things such as taking turns, sharing, following directions, sequencing activities and more.

This class is instructed for 3 year olds, they will learn the basics of gymnastics, tumbling on the gymnastics floor, building muscles on the bars, jumping on the trampoline and walking on balance beam. Basic motor skills and hand-eye coordination set a foundation for a lifetime of strength and athleticism. Along with basic gymnastics skills, our MightyRoos will learn counting, the alphabet, colors and other educational activities. There are 6 students per instructor for MightyRoos.

This class is a continuation from the MightyRoos for 4 year olds and older, they will learn and improve basic skills like forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, names of basic gymnastics positions and jumps.
